Your assessment
Your answers are saved in session storage in this browser tab so you can resume after a refresh. They are not sent to us unless you request a review. You can replace them by starting a new assessment; closing the tab normally clears this storage, although browser session restore may retain it. You can see your score and recommendations without providing contact details. We do not scan your systems or ask for passwords.
When you request a review
We save your name, email, company, optional website and phone number, assessment answers, calculated score, and submission time so we can review your request and contact you about it. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
We also store a one-way hash of the connection IP address to limit form abuse. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses and server logs to deliver and protect the service.
How information is used
Your request is stored in the service’s database. If a customer relationship or booking service is connected, necessary review details may be passed to that service to manage your request. FormSubmit processes submitted contact details and any supplied assessment results to forward review notifications to our business inbox and an owner backup inbox. We do not send your connection IP hash to FormSubmit. FormSubmit’s own processing is covered by its privacy policy at formsubmit.co/privacy. We do not sell your information.
Review requests are retained for follow-up and business recordkeeping. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing naresh@cynicaltechnology.com. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer information.
Analytics and other websites
This application does not currently load third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We collect aggregate daily counts of page visits, assessment milestones, downloads, and review requests to understand where the experience needs improvement. These counts do not include your answers, score, contact details, page URL, or a visitor identifier. Session storage limits each milestone to one count per tab session; counts are not unique visitor statistics. Hosting infrastructure may still process request metadata as described above. Booking links, if available, open another service whose privacy policy applies there.
